weekly update 4-3-11

Very little poker this week. Had a six day work week and started a walking regime before work which loses me 30 minutes to an hour in the mornings. Anyway came out exactly even for the week.

  • Thanks Johan, I need to lose some weight and have a friend who has the same plan. So we walk a couple of miles five days a week and cut back on the food. I agree it will improve my poker as I won't be so tired in the evenings.
