I Can't Lay Down!!!!

Hi Guy's,
It's been a long time since I last posted, had my Bodog account banned and only had money relased last week.
I signed up at PKR, kind of on a whim, not realising the lack of HUD support. Never the less, they players there are unbelivebly fishy at the low microstakes (only been upto $10). I think its a combination of no HUD and it's hard to multi-table because of the 3D graphics.
I was playing profitably at Bodog, winning around $10 in 1-2 hours on a $10 buy i
Definitely better!

Hi Guys,
Been playing at BDog for a few days now and I'm up and running finally :P, I feel like everything I've learned is coming together with just one major leak to fix before I move up to the $10 tables. (just been practising my trade at $5 to get a running start)
I'm up to $91 from $30 so I'm doing something right.
My main leak is calling down hands when I know I'm beat, generally know what by aswell, it's like a disease! I have lost around $40-50 with bad calls...

Hi guys,
Its not going well at the moment, I can win anywhere between $10 and $20 on a $10 in about 2 hours, feeling like I understand the techniques completely. Then I'll lose anywhere between a full stack ($10) and $6 a couple of times until I'm below where I started!
I keep running into players who check raise me, putting my confidence to CBet lower. This most likely adds to why I end up not getting anywhere.
I was calling 3xBB raises with hands like KQ and KJ, but after wa
Looking up? Maybe. Still too early? Most definately! :P

Hi Guys,
Things have improved since my last post, I don't thing I've stacked off once today which is a first!
Just finished my last game for the day ending up two $4 buy ins up!
Had a few close calls, not sure if I had the best hand so trying to reach showdown without bloating the pot and winning. I'm sure that the better I get at reading other people's hand the easier it will be to know to comit.
Started trying out Poker Stratergy Elephant which is a freeware alternative to Holdem M

Hi Guys,
Signed up to Party Poker today to try out some of the things I've "learned" from the video's (I say "learned" because I'm struggling to take everything in without reverting back to a maniac on one or two hands wrecking progress!)
Didn't really get off to a great start, found myself down one and a half buy ins at the lowest microstakes!
The problem I'm having is with players who check when they have something, luring me into a false sense of security. I have an example below:
