I haven't played on-line in a few months due to uni and christmas etc. When I went to log in last week I've found that my account is under investigation?? I haven't played in months and I'm pretty sure I haven't broken any rules so not sure why.

Has anyone had any similar issues or is it just me?

I just walked upon this 83/44 VPIP/PFR guy in my last session. Lost 2 buyin of my 6,5 buyins lost. He was sitting at 120$ when I sat down at the 30$NL 6max tables. He won won and won. When I did quit my session he had 235$. The other 4 players at the tables were players I would call pretty regular. He did almost never fold and did donk alot on turn ...

I've added an example of a hand I played today that I'm not sure about my play on, but this is more of a request for general advice on how to play when someone 3-bets you and you have AQ as it's a situation I find difficult, as I'm never sure whether to 4-bet, call or fold.
