Glad to have you on board - looks like you have a solid approach for improving your game and taking it to the next level. I like the math focus as it's very important at all levels.

The TableScanner within HEM is pretty good and should do the trick. I sort by highest table VPIP and then join/waitlist the tables with multiple loose/passive players on it.

This is a tough spot and very close. As usual it comes down to your read on your opponent. The only value hands that you are ahead of are KQ with a spade and maaaaybe a pocket pair with a spade that thinks you're weak/bluffing. emtinulb is right, you absolutely have to bet this river. If he had trips, he would 99% of the time have bet out the river himself, since he'll be afraid of you just checking behind an overpair. So you can be super confident that you have the best hand on the river and bet for value against a likely...

I think you played the hand optimally given 54/4 opening. I wouldn't be 3betting his opens very much at all unless I saw him limping AA/KK and open-raising random hands. I definitely wouldn't fold though as you have position on him and your hand is still very good. When you completely miss in a 4way...
