Bodog and HEM HUD

I have a question. I just bought the handgrabber for Bodog and it is working fine except the HUD stats are at default settings. When I pull up my Merge networks I get the filtered settings I want. How do I set them up for Bodog?

there is a pukk down on left side of player preference window that can select which sites the hud stats will display on

i select all
