What's my play here? This is a clear fold right?
I have over 160 hands on the villan with him being a 22/13

Full Tilt, $0.05/$0.10 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 9 Players

It seems reasonable to think he and a set or KJ. I think it would be important to have a good idea on his read of you , his agg % etc etc. But folding here does not seem like a bad idea at all.

I think a fold here is fine if the guy hasn't been getting out of line. I can't tell the suits so perhaps he was drawing with QT or flush draw but that's really player dependent. You can potentially call his flop 3bet and re-evaluate on the turn if you think he has potential to get out of line.
