Coming Short Stack at Tournaments

I have noticed more and more I am getting closer and close to cashing out more in tournaments. But also noticing too I getting to be more and more short stack.

I am basically getting almost blinded out.

Couple of things I have already figured out that I need to tune up:
Notice my Fold Equity with chips / My Aggression in other plays

I have no problem shoving.

Any suggestions , o'yes and not trying to be a river rat sucking out in the money either.
