HEM help

Purchased the micro version of HEM.

I have gone into Pstars options to save my hand histories in a folder i created in my documents. Same with FTP though im not playing much on FTP.

Here's the problem though, it doesn't seem that any of my hands are being saved at all so i can import into HEM. Is there any way I can retrieve HH's from either site? I had been using the trial version of PT3 for a month or so, can i export into HEM? I did add the default folders to the import list, but nothing is there either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Figured out how to export/import from PT3.... just need to find out how to import prior to PT3.

i believe you can request hh from both sites, but shouild get hem to access them directly
stars and ftp both allow hh to be stored to your harddrive. hem simply accesses them with the import browser. might check the stars and ftp settings to get hh stored
