Holdem Manager Probs

I've been using holdem manager on full tilt but recently signed up to betfair and party poker but cant seem to get the hold em manager software to work with the 2 new poker sites. I've added the party poker and betfair handhistory to the auto import folder like i did with full tilt and checked the box to save hand history on both of the sites, like i had to do with full tilt but its still not working. Anyone else have this problem?

i havent, but hm has forum for things like this and a thread they monitor for supporting issues like this

Hi, i will try and help.

I recently moved from Full Tilt to Betfair and Party Poker also and managed to get them working fine first time. Strange coincedence but may help in this case. Anyway, can you just clarify what is not working, is it the stats that are not appearing or is the HUD just not displaying at all?

You say you have the hand histories saving ok, can you just clarify the location for the save hand histories, just so i can rule out any potential issues. Also as i have seen before, are you using VISTA, as if so this causes issues with the saving of hand histories due to the way the USER ACCOUNT works.

Based on any reply i can try and advise further.

sorry for late reply. i updated the hold em manager software and it started working correctly.

I'm loving the training videos on outstanding poker. they have made a huge difference to my game already.
