So I withdrew last month about 2 days before thanksgiving and I got an email saying "it can take up to 7 business days to process a withdraw."

Now I get an email that says "it can take up to 15 business days to process a withdraw."

Kind of makes you wonder if they are pulling a Full Tilt and not separating their deposits from profits.

I think bodog should be solid for payouts because they have the casino side that can cover it, even if the poker room was losing money. I didn't have much money on bodog but I am glad I removed it last week anyway when it only took 48 hours (via neteller).

Doesn't carbon poker accept US players?

Well since Bodog only processes checks in 3k increments and you only get 1 free one per month I decided to leave about 1200 on the site until at least January so I don't have to pay the 50 dollar fee. Since I'm waiting on 6000 dollars in checks before I can set myself up on another network I decided to play some 6 handed DON's for a while.

I've gotten in about 30 games and I'm crushing them so far. Literally crushing. 24.5% ROI with an average profit of $5 per game. I guess the average dude is way worse at anonymous poker than I am. Probably also helps that I had to move down to the 20 dollar level because they got rid of the 30 and 60 dollar games. I've had heaters like this before though, might just be a hot start.

I'll probably be getting money on Merge soon, maybe I'll deposit a bit on Cake or Everleaf too, but Merge seems like it's the best one. Probably not going to move to Canada to play on Stars though lol.

emit is right
the don and sng at bodog are super soft and the ridiculous new software is less inhibiting in those SST's
i am in same boat trying to withdraw due to limt on each
it will take a couple more months to get out unless i get impatient and pay a fee

his plan sound good to play 1 table tourneys until then

Yeah I was kind of fortunate with withdraws, I withdrew the max in oct, nov, and december so I got all but a grand off the site before they did this stupid update. I wouldn't mind the anonymous thing as much if the software actually ran correctly. I have so many stupid problems that should never happen.

Like today I was playing 4 DoN's and I tried to tile the tables by clicking the tile button. I didn't like how it looked so I clicked the button to stack the tables and I realized that there was no way to tell which games were which. All of them were called table 1 and had no stake level listed on them. Then I timed out like 15 times when I was trying to figure out which tables were which because they don't pop to the top when it's your turn. Very frustrating.

Any input on Lock, Carbon, or Americas Cardroom, for US players? What would be your top choice of any site for US players?

Thanks!

Ohh man! I turn my back for two weeks and now Bodog has lost it. At least I have just a small amount there. Good luck all with withdrawing. For the people going to Merge: be aware as I was at Playersonly before and without prior notice they shut down their poker for non-US players, so called moving us to another site, where they didnt even offer poker.

I will find another site and again make a small(ish) deposit, just enough buyins I need to be able to play with a small buffer.
