Hi all,

when I play in the evening, on most of the bigger sites I can find a decent amount of players. But at the weekends sometimes I like to play during the day. Especially end of the morning, the sites are so dry!

American players during their daytime can enjoy the European evening traffic. But I cannot find nice juicy sites ie playersonly, bodog and ultimate bet they dry up. The players that remain are mostly tags. Perhaps the big sites like pokerstars? But as i remember it, during the daytime things are pretty tight also.

Does anyone know about any other sites that have a big aquarium of fishes during the day time?

Hi Erik!

I play on Redbet.com. They have two pokerrooms. Entracion and Boss Media, I play on Boss. I have 30% rakeback. Good traffic and a big aquarium I think.

What games are you playing? I mean... I could understand what you were saying if for instance you were playing Cash games of 3/6 or above, but I mean... I have tens of thousands of hands at MTT's, SNGs, Cash, HUSNGs, MTTSNGs, and take out regular MTT's, but there is shit loads of action and money to be won!

In fact, I only play from 10am-5pm UK time now, with the odd exception here or there and I find that the games are generally a little bit tougher between 7pm-10pm. Just my findings but whilst there are a lot of weaker players around at this time, you also have a lot of regs.

I play 0.25nl and 0.50nl 6max cashgames. I have seen on sites like Bodog, playersonly and Ultimate bet that the number of players goes up significantly during the daytime. Especially the first two can suffer from lack of traffic in the morning. In my experience I also meet more tight players during the earlier sessions. I also remember this from pokerstars, where I played 3/4 years ago. I played 10nl and 25nl and although no trouble finding a table, the tables had plenty of nits and the games became easier in the evening. Im surprised you have different findings because I have experienced this basically since I started playing!
