i would typically try to bet a little more around 9-10 on river, but not a huge deal. 7 is hugely better than 0. i am mostly putting him on a spade draw or Kx, a missed draw will fold regardless, Kx is not folding after they called 2 streets, so i think you can bet a big bigger on river. I assume the tool called down w/ 9x and didnt raise river. Soooooooooooooo Baddddddddddddddd

JT of diamonds..called flop with gutter turned flush draw, rivered backdoor flush.
Im starting to bet full pot with AA on boards like this on flop and turn now
to make them pay more for chasing crap.

ah so
flopped double gutter and then never folding w/ turn flush draw

yeah i typically cbet a bit bigger on drawy boards since they will fold air either bet size, but cost them more when they wont fold draw to even pot size bets

Hand is fine as played imo except you should raise to .9-1 pf instead of .7; he should have folded on the flop and probably the turn if he was any good unless he thought you were betting every river in which case he was getting implied odds to call with the straight and flush draws on the turn. The 9 is one of the best rivers you can ask for because he's not going to think you have a 9 and he's not going to get scared of it if he's got a king, while you can't include too many 9s into his range because he is going to fold most of them to double barrels unless you have been bluffing a lot. Around 4/5 pot is a good value bet on the flop and turn, and a little over 1/2 is a good bet on the river imo. To be honest, if he shoves here, you should probably be ready to get your stack in, all he can beat you with is a 9, boat, or bd diamond draw. You will be able to stack good Kx hands which are probably the biggest part of his range. You can think of your hand as having the same value as AK in this spot if it helps make a decision.

All you can do after a hand like this is say "wow why didn't you raise the river" and move on.
