Suddenly I cant watch the videos :(

Hi!

I suddenly cant watch the videos. I use my login info and the login appears again. Its both when I have downloaded a video and streaming. I havent watched a video in a week or so and when I tried yesterday this came up and its still the same. Help needed please! :roll: :)
