ive been play hu sng and been doing good till this morning. it seem like i keep looseing to the same kind of people. they would raise every button and if i reraise they would call or reraise 9 out of 10 times. they were raising/calling with any two cards. the same would go for my botton if i raise they reraise/call 9 out of 10 time with any two cards. its just frustating when they are betting/raising/calling and show 73o and win. i guess im asking is what is the strategy to beating these guys.

I'm not a HU SnG player, but I would suggest maybe tightening your raise range for 3bets and opening the button.

Maybe min raising would help limit losses as well.

These guys are very tricky to play against. These over aggressive players, I kind of split into two catergories.

1) The non-thinking maniacs

and

2) The thinking super aggro players

The example you provided (ie the guy calling 3bets with 73o) would fit into the top catergory. But just because an opponent raises every button, doesn't mean they are a donk.

Firstly, if you are finding that your opponents are not folding to your 3bets, then don't 3 bet as much. Pretty simple. Obviously, we still want to 3b our hands like big pocket pairs, AKs and AKo and also AQs. But hands like 99 and below, and AQo and below, we can call with instead of 3 betting.
This serves 2 purposes. Number 1 is to keep the pot small. We don't want to play over inflated 3 bet pots vs somebody who just won't fold to our 3 bets.
Number 2 is that it disguises what type of hand we have. I mean, if your opponent calls you're preflop raise and the flop comes AQ4, are you really gonna put your opponent on AQ? I doubt it, seeing as you would expect them to 3b pre.

Secondly, we want to adjust our raise sizing when we do 3 bet. Now I normally advocate 3x the original raise, ie if PFR is 60, make it 180. But we can change this to make it bigger, meaning if our opponent calls with a trashy hand, he is making a mistake as he is no longer getting the correct pot odds.

If our opponent calls our 180 3 bet, he has to call 120 to win 240 - 2/1 pot odds.

If we make it 200 our opponent now has to call 140 to win 260, which is less than 2/1.

We can also change our 3b size another way, although for the novice player I would stick with the method above.

Alternatively, we can continue to 3b liberally, but make our 3b's smaller, again keeping the pot smaller and not over inflating in case we miss. For instance, if our opp. raises to 60, making it 150 or similar. You are going to get a lot of calls as you are offering your opponent huge odds, but as I say, this succeeds in keeping the pot smaller.

My final piece of advice is to value bet big. Defend your hands, and if the guy is a calling station, you can bet pretty close to pot on every street.
