WOW!! Just finished watching all of the Formula video by Atta. It took me about a week I think to get threw all of them.

Some really great stuff and I am not a beginner at poker.

But I will say it has help me with my aggression play as well as not looking at the results. Thinking instead " Did I make the right move in that situation?" / " Given the information was it a profitable move?"

It's so nice to see another perspective on things, and know what they are talking about.
