Video 40 cuts off after title

I've been working my way through the videos and they're a great education on how to become a winning poker player. Thank you all for this phenomenal poker training at such a reasonable price. Following your advice -I've been playing micro stakes - overall, my account has been growing relatively steadily.

Video 40 is giving me a problem. I've tried saving it and viewing it as well as watching it as a streaming video and it doesn't go any further than the opening title. Hope you can fix it.

I can't get any videos to work either downloaded or streamed thru Firefox or Internet Explorer 7. I'm emailing support also.
