We don't currently support videos on iPads at the moment but I've mentioned to our tech team that we'd like support in the future!

Hi,
Thank you I go your email, which seems to have partly solved the problem. Some of the videos are playing but I am seeing the screen that I have emailed you for a large majority of the other videos. I was wondering whether I need to download flip for mac or whether there is another solution?

Yeah Flip4Mac should solve the issue - check your email for details.
