  • A little tip for this video. Download the video and view it in Windows Media Player (instructions here are for media player 11 but I think they are the same for version 10 also). When the video is playing, right click on the video and in the pop up menu go to Enhancements->Play Speed Settings and choose Slow. You can then get a good idea of what is going on and there is a lot of good info in here. Makes the video 2 hours or so long though :-)
